Where do I find the tutorials?
Open Navigator, then Help. You will find the App Tour, First Time Tutorial and Next Steps Tutorial. Closing a guide saves your place.
Why isn’t my notebook writing in Songbook?
Notebook and computer writing are not copied over automatically. At the recap, capture the lines you like and choose Add to Songbook.
How do I restore or manage a subscription?
Choose Restore Purchases in the app, using the Apple account you bought with. To change or cancel a subscription, use your Apple subscription settings.
What is saved or synced?
Songbook and Idea Pad stay on your device. Melody recording sync through iCloud is optional, and off until you turn it on.
Can I use Writing Plans for free?
Yes. The planning tools are free. A plan does not unlock a premium adventure, but locked activities suggest a free alternative.

Where are our pictures stored?
Only on your device. We cannot retrieve your library, so export a library backup before you change devices. Deleting the app removes its local data. Exported files and system backups are managed separately.
Is there a subscription?
No. One App Store purchase includes everything in the app, with no in-app purchases and no subscription. Apple handles purchases and refunds.
Are my photos uploaded to be converted?
No. Conversion happens on your device, and original photos are not kept in the app’s library.
Is it safe for children?
Children create through pictures and gestures, while a grown-up area controls permissions, exports and printing. Please supervise physical crafts: small beads are a choking hazard for children under three.
Can I use photos of other people’s artwork?
Only use photos and artwork you own or have permission to use. Converting an image does not remove its copyright.
Oh My Gods!
Does the game need an internet connection?
No. Oh My Gods! plays fully offline, with everything it needs on the device.
Where is my child’s progress saved?
On the device only, in save slots. Deleting the game also deletes its saved progress, so keep it installed to keep your place. There is no account to sign in to.
Does the game collect information about my child?
No. The game has no accounts, ads, tracking or analytics.
What age is it for?
It is designed for children around 6 to 7 and works well for families playing together. It is forgiving, gentle and never tells the player off.
